Fresh Tomato-Cilantro Salsa

Ingredients
 
 

  • 6 ripe Roma tomatoes finely diced
  • 2 limes zest and juice
  • ½ red onion finely diced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 jalapeño peppers seeds removed and finely chopped
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Begin by finely dicing the tomatoes and red onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the chopped cilantro and finely diced jalapeños to the bowl.
  • Zest and juice the limes, then pour both the zest and juice into the mixture.
  • Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste and mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Serve immediately, or let the flavors meld in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
